Traced-Funds Report — Terms of Service

Tracing and a report — not fund recovery. Not legal advice.

Provider

AI DECISIONS LTD, company number 15556280, registered in England and Wales, 107B Cottenham Park Road, London SW20 0DS (“AI DECISIONS”, “we”). Contact: mail@aidecisions.ai.

1. What you are buying

A one-off Traced-Funds Report (“Report”) for one blockchain address or one transaction hash that you submit. The Report contains: (a) the path of funds from your submitted starting point for a stated number of hops, built from public blockchain data; (b) the endpoints of that path, with any attribution we hold for them and the public primary source of each attribution; (c) our model’s risk verdict for the endpoints, marked “model output, not a designation”; (d) template texts you may adapt for a report to the police or a fraud-reporting service in your jurisdiction and for a request to a virtual-asset service provider; (e) a statement of the data sources used and their limitations.

2. What the Report is not

The Report is a tracing document. It is not a recovery service: we do not recover, freeze, seize or return funds, and we make no representation that any funds can be recovered. It is notlegal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it does not create a client–adviser relationship. We do not contact exchanges, banks, law-enforcement agencies or any third party on your behalf. Whether and how you use the Report is your decision and responsibility.

3. Data sources and their limits

The Report is built from (i) public blockchain data obtained through public explorer interfaces at the time of generation; (ii) our label store, restricted in this product to sources whose terms permit commercial use (for example OFAC designations and MIT-licensed public label sets), each attribution carrying the URL of its public primary source; (iii) outputs of our statistical models. Attribution coverage differs by chain: on Bitcoin, exchange attribution is largely unavailable in this product and endpoints are mainly identified where they are sanctioned; on Ethereum and other EVM chains, coverage is broader. A missing attribution means “no public source in our store”, not “clean”. Model verdicts are probabilistic and calibrated on populations, not on your individual case. Blockchain data can change after generation (new transactions, reorganisations); the Report is a snapshot at the time stated on its cover.

4. Accuracy

We take care to transcribe public data correctly, and every attribution in the Report links to its public source so you can verify it. We do not warrant that the Report is complete or error-free.

5. Ordering, delivery and cancellation

The Report is digital content delivered as a PDF to the email address you provide, normally within within 1 hour of successful payment (generation is automated; see the I0 dry-run: 6–10 s per report). By ticking the box at checkout you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to cancel once delivery has begun. If we cannot produce a Report for your submitted input (for example, the address or hash is not found on the selected chain), we will refund the full price.

6. Price and payment

The price is shown at checkout and charged once by our payment processor (Stripe). The current price is USD 99 per Report. Prices may change; the price at the time of your order applies to that order.

7. Your inputs and our processing of data

You confirm that you are entitled to have the submitted address or hash analysed. We process the address/hash, your email address and payment reference to produce and deliver the Report. We do not publish your inputs or your Report, and we do not use your case in any public material. We retain a copy of the Report for 30 days for delivery and support, then delete it; blockchain data itself is public and is not personal data we control.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the Report for your own case, including sharing it with law enforcement, a court, a lawyer or a service provider handling your case. You may not resell the Report, present it as issued by anyone other than AI DECISIONS, or remove the source references and disclaimers from it.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a Report is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Consumers resident elsewhere keep any mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version shown at checkout applies to your order.
