AI DECISIONS LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data when you use aidecisions.ai and our analytical platform.

2. Data We Collect

Account data: Name, email address, organisation, role — provided when you request access or create an account.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration — collected via privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking).

Platform data: Data you upload or process through the platform remains yours. We do not access, sell, or share your analytical data.

Traced-Funds Report orders: the blockchain address or transaction hash you submit, the email address you enter at checkout, the payment reference from Stripe, and — as proof that you accepted the Report Terms — the time of acceptance and the IP address from which you accepted them.

3. How We Use Your Data

Aggregated, anonymised analytics to improve the platform

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not train AI models on your data.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is processed and stored in AWS EU (Ireland, eu-west-1). We implement encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is restricted via role-based controls and audit logging.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion request. Usage analytics are retained for 12 months in aggregated form. Platform data is deleted within 7 days of account termination. Traced-Funds Report orders: the submitted address or hash, your email address, the IP address of your consent and the PDF copy are deleted 30 days after delivery; for orders that were abandoned, failed or refunded, 30 days after that event. Payment references, amounts and order status are kept for accounting.

6. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@aidecisions.ai.

7. Third-Party Services

We use: AWS (infrastructure, including CloudWatch RUM for privacy-friendly analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, GDPR-compliant), Stripe (payments). We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The latest version is always available at this URL.
