Account data: Name, email address, organisation, role — provided when you request access or create an account.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration — collected via privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking).

Platform data: Data you upload or process through the platform remains yours. We do not access, sell, or share your analytical data.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Providing and improving our services
• Communicating about your account and product updates
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Aggregated, anonymised analytics to improve the platform

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not train AI models on your data.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is processed and stored in AWS EU (Ireland, eu-west-1). We implement encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is restricted via role-based controls and audit logging.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion request. Usage analytics are retained for 12 months in aggregated form. Platform data is deleted within 7 days of account termination.

7. Third-Party Services

We use: AWS (infrastructure, including CloudWatch RUM for privacy-friendly analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, GDPR-compliant), Stripe (payments). We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies.

We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The latest version is always available at this URL.
