Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing aidecisions.ai or using the AI DECISIONS platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Service Description

AI DECISIONS provides an analytical platform for detecting, mapping, and simulating hidden financial networks. Services include network reconstruction, structural diagnostics, scenario simulation, and intelligence reporting.

3. Account & Access

Access is granted on an invitation or subscription basis. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share access with unauthorised parties. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Interfere with the platform’s operation or security
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Resell or redistribute platform outputs without authorisation

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, its design, algorithms, models, and documentation are the intellectual property of AI DECISIONS LTD. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership of data you upload or generate.

6. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

7. Disclaimers

The platform provides analytical intelligence, not legal, financial, or compliance advice. Outputs are generated using AI and statistical models — they may contain errors. You are responsible for validating results and making decisions based on your own professional judgement.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI DECISIONS LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect.
